The Velvet Studio
The Vision
For a fashion brand in SoHo, we designed a headquarters that doubles as a showroom. The Velvet Studio is characterized by its bold use of color and texture, moving away from the sterile white box office aesthetic.
Zones are defined by floor-to-ceiling drapery and custom upholstered partitions, creating a soft, acoustic-friendly environment that fosters collaboration.

Soft Architecture
Our concept of "soft architecture" meant replacing rigid walls with fluid textiles. This allows the space to adapt to the changing needs of a fashion house, from design meetings to runway shows.
The rich jewel tones of the furniture are set against a neutral shell, allowing the clothing collections to take center stage.
