Terms of Service

1.1 Our services are provided based on a specific Scope of Work agreed upon in your individual Service Contract. Any modifications to the project scope must be documented and may result in additional fees.

1.2 Clients are responsible for providing accurate measurements, access to premises, and timely feedback during the design process to ensure project timelines are met.

1.3 We reserve the right to decline projects or terminate services if the working environment is deemed unsafe or if there is a breach of the signed contract.

2.1 All design concepts, drawings, renderings, and moodboards created by Debbi Interior remain the exclusive intellectual property of the firm.

2.2 Upon final payment, clients are granted a non-exclusive license to use the design for its intended purpose at the specified location only.

2.3 Debbi Interior retains the right to photograph completed projects for promotional purposes, including use on our website, social media, and in editorial publications, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

3.1 Debbi Interior serves as a consultant. While we recommend contractors and vendors, we are not responsible for their performance, workmanship, or delays.

3.2 We are not liable for incidental, consequential, or indirect damages arising out of the use of our services or website.

3.3 Maximum liability for any claim related to our services shall not exceed the total amount of design fees paid by the client for the specific project.

4.1 These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

4.2 Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Los Angeles, California.
